Please call our disability services phone line at 307-472-4153 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.


Local Delivery

Local Deliveries are done by our own trucks. Local charge is $80. Please specify if you will need old furniture removed. Old Furniture removal is an additional charge. Tempurpedic & Stressless products do have free shipping within 300 miles of Casper. Out of state white glove delivery is available. Call store for details.

Fabric Care, Leather, and Wood Extended Warranties

Please contact Guardsman at 1-800-253-3957 or within 5 days of the occurrence, and be able to explain what happened. Guardsman will provide further instructions. Warranty terms, coverage and lengths of warranty period are explained in the literature provided at time of sale.

What can I expect to happen on a service call?

  • The technician will touch-up or make repairs in your home.
  • The technician will identify and order a part for you
  • The technician will take pictures
  • On rare occasions the merchandise may need to be replaced, at Farnham's Furniture option.
  • Replacement parts take a minimum of 3-5 weeks to come in from factories.
    If you have not had a call back within 4 weeks regarding your part order please contact the service department.

Labor/Transportation Charges

Please note that all products sold with a Lifetime Warranty include Parts only through the manufacturers. Labor and transportation are not included. If the furniture was originally delivered then Farnham's will include a free service pick-up and re-delivery within the first 6 months. There is no charge for initial inspection of furniture during the warranty period.

If furniture was originally picked up, then the following charges apply immediately. If originally delivered, then the following charges apply after the initial 6-month period.

  • $80 local pickup.
  • $65 per hour labor.
  • $75 mattress return/handling fee
  • Out of town mattress returns subject to applicable delivery charge plus return/handling fees. Local mattress returns subject to applicable delivery charge plus return/handling fees.

Mattress Service

Before contacting Farnham's regarding mattress concerns, please make sure your mattress is stain free. Manufactures will not replace if stains occur for Department of Health reasons. We strongly recommend that you protect your investment with the purchase of a mattress protector. Our protectors are hypoallergenic, anti-microbial, soft and washable. They will help protect your investment for ten years.

Just like a new pair of shoes, your mattress will conform to your body over time as you use it. As you sleep in the same basic location every night, a certain amount of compression will occur. The number of comfort layers in mattresses has dramatically increased over the past few years to decrease pressure points. It is not uncommon to see a ridge or hump down the middle. You may reduce the visual signs of this hump by occasionally sleeping in the middle of the mattress. If you believe the depression to be greater than 1 ½" please contact our service department for a service call. Note that if your mattress does not meet the manufactures guidelines for exchange that Farnham's will not remeasure for at least 6 months afterwards.

Tempur-Pedic 60 day Sleep Guarantee

Because of its unique pressure-relieving properties, the Tempur-Pedic may require a short adjustment period to condition while your body grows accustomed to a revolutionary new way of sleeping. All we ask is that you sleep on the mattress for at least four weeks; thereafter, at any time before the initial 60 days, if you are dissatisfied we will pick up the sleep system (excluding adjustable foundations, frames, pillows or mattress pads). Farnham's will refund the mattress set only minus charges for pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable foundations, and shipping return charges. The return shipping cost are the same as Tempur-Pedic has posted at the time of sale. Currently the minimum charge is $249 to $350.
